Every Monday the Austin Children's Museum has a special program for kids under two. Molly & I had a blast!

Swimmin' Pool

We took a few trips this summer to the pool with daddy. Molly loved riding around on the boogie board.

Splash Park

This summer Callie & Molly took a day trip to the splash park near our neighborhood.

Waco Zoo Trip

I was so excited this summer when we got to go up and visit my friend Joni & her kids in Waco. We took them all to the zoo and then hit up George's for lunch!

Play date

This past week Molly had her first play date! The neighborhood kids were all playing outside in the front yard so after school Molly & I joined them. She took her first wagon ride & played lots of games with Callie, Lauren, & McKenzie.

Kiddie Acres

This summer mom and I took Molly to Kiddie Acres to ride the rides. She had such a good time! She even rode her first pony!

Happy fathers day

This year I was blessed to spend time with my father, my grandfather, and the father of my baby on Father's Day. We had a great time at church and then went to help Rustin pick out his new boots.

Then we went to my parents for lunch.

My Dad loved his gift. Each year in his card we'll add 4 new pictures for him to put in his frame.

At the Park

This past Friday morning I took Molly to the park for a little while before it got too hot.

Duck Duck Duck....

So I took Molly down to the pond by my dad's office so we could feed the ducks. Which was quite an adventure. I'm sure I'm probly the only mom in the history of the world who swears at ducks infront of her child but those ducks were CRAZY!! (Maybe the ducks remember me from high school when a bunch of friends and I chased them up the hill) Anyway to say the least I don't think Molly's into ducks that aren't made of yellow rubber.

Date with Daddy

Summer time is especially busy for Rustin. Yesterday he actually got home about 3 which is a nice change from 10:30. So we after a quick bite to eat at Longhorn Saloon we took Molly for her first icecream cone.

This was followed by a quick trip to "the toy box", a cute little you shop near the icecream place. Molly got a few new things. Her favorite seem to be her new stacking cups.
