Molly's First Road Trip

This past weekend Rustin had a few days off and a job that dropped in San Antonio so Molly and I loaded up the car and met him down there. That was after I packed up the car with everything we own the stroller, the pack n play, my pump, her travel bathtub, the boppy, our suitcase, her diaper bag, a cooler full of milk, the car seat, both dogs, and of course Molly. Our first stop was over to my mom's to drop of the grand-dogs and pick up the portable swing, which I managed to stuff into the backseat find space for. About the time we were leaving Rustin called and had forgotten his wallet so we ran back and picked it up. 2 hours later we arrived in San Antonio and were waiting in the gas station parking lot waiting for daddy. We crammed his suitcase into the trunk and made our way through the rain (yes it rained!!!) to the hotel. Our room wasn't ready and while we waited in the Lobby Molly had a massive diaper issue all over herself and her daddy. LOVELY! Once we got checked in and had a bite to eat (WHATABURGER) we got back into the car to spend time with the grandparents.


After hanging out there for most of the night we went over to visit with Rustin's cousin Austin. Megan and Jeremy showed up to hang out too!

Sunday was spent shopping at Mommy's Mecca La Cantera and we got a chance to meet up with Miss Heather and Matt for lunch.


Then we went back to grandma and grandpas for BBQ, more football and some lovin' from Great Aunt Mel. All in all it was a wonderful time with family.
