Wednesday Weigh In

The new challenge at school this week is going well. I lost 6 lbs last week so I'm back to my Pre-Christmas cookie weight. WHOO HOO! I bought myself a "5 lb" prize.

this is it, only mine is zebra and bright pink! Thought it was too cute and would be a practical "prize".


These soups freakin' rock! The beef pot roast is only 4 points for the WHOLE can! Which is better than I can say for the Blueberry thingys from Last week which were 2 servings per muffin DANG. The Chicken pot pie and beef and barley are my other favorites.


Here's a non-food favorite for this week. Baby Reps is a cool way to workout without having to take time away from hanging out with Molly.She thinks were playing and I get in a workout.

Recipe for the Week
STEAK SOUP
2 leftover steaks
1 lb brown ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
6 C beef broth
1/2 t each of season salt, salt, black pepper, red pepper, celery salt
1 T flour

Mix all together and bring to a boil. Then simmer for an hour and a half

  1. Good for you mama!! I need to lose about 20 pounds (after harper stopped nursing, i gained some of the weight i lost back!)I might be leaving my stats soon! We are doing a Biggest Loser at my school starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!
