Wednesday Weigh In

It's been a while but here are a few of the favorites for this week.

My mom has always insisted that Jazzercise is TONS of fun and you'll hardly notice you're working out. I hate to admit it but after doing Crossfit I thought this would be a walk in the park ie: a waste of time to work out. Boy was I WRONG! This class was a solid hour of constant dancing.


I've never been someone who could drink the diet coke/pepsi etc.I don't care for the taste. If I'm going to have a coke I'd rather have the real thing (coke zero is okay though) Anyway so I've always been a fan of the other kinds of diet sodas; 7up, sprite, orange soda, etc. Well this root beer is AWESOME! Tastes like the real thing.


If you havent had the full fit lunch meat from HEB go get some now! I love the maple turkey. So juicy, so low in points. Yummy!
