One of Rustin's customers gave him an old wooden window that they no longer needed. I LOVED LOVED LOVED IT but it was in need of some TLC and I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. At first I thought I'd just sand it down and hang it in the guest room. On one of my many "new mommy must haves" searches I came across the Lullaboard site. It's a way to track all the baby happenings on a daily basis. Now I'm not sure that I'd call it a must have but it's cute. My heart said yes but my wallet said no so I just put it in the back of my mind. Then I was reading through one of
Sarah's Posts and decided that instead of using a frame I'd use the old window and make my own lullaboard.
So I had Rustin sand it and paint it white while I cleaned the glass.

Then I took some printable window cling paper I had leftover from another project and printed out what I wanted each pane to say. The trick was to remember to set the printer to print it in mirror image.

Here it is waiting to be hung. The empty panes on top are going to have pictures in them. And I can just jot down all her happenings using a dry erase marker then erase the next day and start over.
