These little marshmallows are awesome! They give just the sweet you need in something like a trail mix or in SF hot cocoa. Don't expect them to be soft though, they're more like the marshmallows in a bowl of Lucky Charms.
7 of these babies for only 5 points. I was worried at first that since they are gluten free that they'd taste gross but oh no they rock!

My new jogging stroller is a favorite this week & here's the app I've been using to help keep me on track.

Last but not least are the shells & cheese. They're 5 points but I've been eating half of the serving with the fabulous little nuggets for lunch & it makes it feel like a real meal. Even if it looks like the plate belongs to a 4 year old.

Recipe of the Week
Glitter Grapes
1 pound of seedless grapes, pulled from the stems and rinsed
1 3-oz. package Sugar Free gelatin, flavor of your choice (NOT prepared)
Water
Spread the jello mix on a plate, about 1/4 at a time. Rinse the grapes under water, and place a handful on the plate. Shake the plate gently to roll the grapes in the gelatin, coating the grapes. Place coated grapes into a bowl. Repeat until all of the grapes are covered. Place the bowl and let set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until the gelatin is set.

I found this online (through Miss Heather) but I remember making these in the past and they were awesome and still are!!!
Stats for this Week
lost this week: 2 lb
total loss since Molly was born:42 lbs here's a list of things that weigh 42lbs
Lbs left til Pre-Molly Weight: 8
A quicker, just as effective, way to make these grapes is to put them into a gallon size ziploc bag after washing. Pour the jello on and SHAKE. I usually transfer them to a container after that. :)
