Wednesday weigh in

So this weeks isn't so much about favorite products. Its more about my favorite ways to make the Weight Watchers program easier. It's a lifestyle change not a diet. So here are my tips for making it a little easier to stay on track.

Have your own space. I have a basket in my pantry and a drawer in the fridge that are just for my foods. They have points one them and are organized to I can just grab and go. I also pre bag everything thats not already in single servings. Grapes, pretzels, dry cereal, everything. I make enough bags to last for one week.

Prepare ahead of time. I've found that if I figure out what I'm wearing to work the night before it makes dressing so much easier each morning. I thought the same concept might work for getting me to my workouts each evening. I used a basket and put each workout outfit including socks and hair bands for the week inside.
And a little motivation after each workout is a powerade zero. I like the blue the best. It's a little treat for actually going to workout.

Recipe of the Week
Italian Spaghetti Squash
Cut your squash in half lengthwise. Remove all the seeds & Bake for 45 min. at 375. Pull out sides with a fork. This is when it will shred and start to look like spaghetti. Use 1/4C of the1/3 Less Fat Italian Cheese & Herb Philadelphia cooking creme. Top w/ 1T of shredded parmesan cheese. It's AWESOME! I wont say it tastes like pasta but it pretty darn good.

Stats for this Week
